The nature of Lib 2.0 was briefly explained. The research paper also captured problem factors that hinder successful implementation of Library 2.0. The results show that a high level of awareness of Library 2.0 applications among information professionals. Blogs, RSS, IM and other Web 2.0 tools and services can assist Information professionals in their efforts to present information and better connect with their clients, especially the younger generations of Internet users.
