This represent 58.3% response rate. IT accessibility and utilization by the academic staff had no significant relationship with job satisfaction (r=- 0.071;p>0.05) and (r=0.102;P>0.05) respectively. The study recommends improved access and use of IT resources, efficient feedback mechanism, promotion of academic culture and participatory management.
